Parahub AI b495da95c0 fix(wifi): sae-mixed, dual-band private AP, valid mobility_domain

- mobility_domain 'pa01' → '0a01' (hostapd rejects non-hex chars)
- encryption 'sae' → 'sae-mixed' (WPA2+WPA3 compatibility)
- Add private_2g AP on 2.4GHz for outdoor/through-wall range
